Normally they put vegetables , meat or shrimp inside the wrap . Then they fried this tems and served to the customers . After frying , the rice paper becomes crunchy like papad and delicious .

Com Rang :

This is not popular among the vietnames but for foreigners as it is like the surviving food . As the vietnames food taste very different from outside .

This is actually the fried rice where they can mix some chicken , pork , fried egg or some shrimp/crab with it . I normally taken it as lunch and dinner .

Price : It ranges from 30000 -60000 VND according to the taste and material .

This ice cream balls were made by the shraded coconut and milk . When this mixture is put inside the liquid nitrogen it instantly becomes solid and when put inside mouth the smoke coming out from the nose and mouth . This ice creams were so cold that sometimes it stick to your mouth skin .

Ais kacang:

Ais kacang is a special types of ice cream which is actually made by mixing the crushed ice with different types of fruit and deserts . It is actually originated from the Malaysia .

I tasted it in the Dong ba market , Hue . In this shop there is almost 20 different types of material . You choose the items and they mixed with the crushed ice and served it to you . In my case they put banana , cahew , raisina , beans and some local ingredients inside this ice kachang .

Price : It cost 20000 VND for a bowl of ice cream .

Banana Pan Cake :

This is like making dosa where the stuffing is of the chopped banana . It is shaped like a square . It is good for breakfast and supper .

First they put butter in the hot pan and then put the batter in the pan . With a instrument they make the batter in a round shaped . After that they put the chopped banana mixture and folded this one from all the corners and fried properly .

Price : It cost from 30000-40000 VND /per piece .

Different types of snails and Oyester :

In Vietnam you can see such a different types of snails in the sea food Market , that you will be astonished . In this restaurant they put this snails inside the aquarium . You choose and they cook .

In Da nang I was in Nhà hàng Làng Cá . This restaurant is very big and they have almost 20-30 variety of snails , oysters , different variety of fish , lobsters ,shrimps and crabs . In this restaurant , I see lots of new living sea creature .

Price : The Restaurant is very expensive but every items were fresh
